A few weekends ago we headed down to Oregon to visit family. The trip was tons of fun and we snapped a few great photos of Maddie while we were down there.

And lastly here she is enjoying some time with her Great Grandpa Howard.
Then last weekend we went down to Des Moines to kick it with Great Grandma Peg and Great Grandpa Jack. Here she is watching football with Jack.
Then it started snowing like crazy over the next few days. We ended up with about 10 inches at our house and are expecting a few more inches tonight.
All this snow allowed Nick to stay home from work and we all went out and enjoyed Maddie's first snow! We think she liked it, though she just stared wide eyed the whole time.

Love all the photos. Maddie is getting so big already- I can't believe how much she looks like Diane. I love the pic of Diane and Maddie. So jealous of all the snow you guys are getting! Merry Christmas!
